Prior to joining HLW Consortium, Angela made her mark leading human resources for brands such as Applebee’s and TGI Friday’s. She has also acted as top organization development executive for DineEquity and Carlson Companies. In addition, Angela was a successful vice president of operations for TGI Fridays, leading her division from last to first place in performance.  Angela has received numerous awards, including Elliot Group’s Motivator of the Year Award and Women’s Foodservice Forum’s Leadership Award. Angela also serves on the board of the University of North Texas School of Hospitality and Merchandising.

Angela resides in the Houston, TX area with her husband John and two children.

Rob LeBoeuf is the Owner and President of Gravel, Executive Resource Consulting, LLC.

Prior to establishing Gravel in December of 2013, Rob served as Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer and Compliance Officer for Ruby Tuesday, Inc., until November of 2013. Rob started with Ruby Tuesday in 1986 and held positions in Operations Leadership, Finance, and all areas of Human Resources prior to being named SVP and CPO in 2003. In his last position with Ruby Tuesday, Rob was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Information Technology, Training, Benefits and Risk Management and served as Chief Of Staff for the executive team. Additional areas of responsibility included crisis management, planning processes, and serving the Board’s Executive Compensation and Governance Committees. He was also responsible for integration of acquired/licensed concepts and company-wide cost reduction efforts.

Rob established GRAVEL to guide senior leaders in critical business areas to improve personal and organizational performance now, while preparing for the future. Gravel specializes in:

Patti is a seasoned Human Resource executive who provides clear, direct advice to CEOs and top management in the areas of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Executive Coaching and Leadership Sourcing. She has built organizations from the ground up and then done the even harder work of helping a top performing company improve, year after year.
Patti is the former EVP of PeopleFirst for Domino’s Pizza where she partnered with the CEO and Leadership Council to build and perpetuate a strong culture that drove exceptional results and culminated in significant value for all stakeholders.
Patti has a deep business understanding in all areas of consumer packaged goods, retail, hospitality and franchise organizations.  She is recognized as an outstanding talent scout and confidential mentor. Her areas of focus include:
